  • homuhoard.neocities.org - a collection of all sorts of decorations - pixels, dolls, dividers, and more!
  • artwork.neocities.org - A huge compilation of graphics! Remember to not hot link; save the graphics to your device and upload them to your site :)
  • sadgrl.online - Excellent resource for layouts and basic coding instructions. Even has a layout builder and button maker.
  • repth.neocities.org - A bunch of awesome HTML layouts!
  • shenanigans.neocities.org - A resource page filled with cute decorations.
  • spacehey layouts - spacehey profiles are based in html code. while page layouts will likely not work on your website, other codes for graphics, pagedolls, music autoplay, and drop down menus should work. i learned a few html features through these postings!
  • blinkies.cafe - a huge blinkie collection and has a blinkie maker feature!
  • ezgif.com - an awesome easy-to-use resource to make pixel and button gifs.
